Banners are a great way to celebrate the seasons at your church or for a special occasion or announcement almost anywhere. Pick from the above or we will create a custom banner for you at almost any size you can imagine for your special event. Weddings, announcements, church services, seasons, birthdays or any event or celebration--the ideas are endless with your art or ours.

All faiths are honored.

The above banners are 13" x 38" unless otherwise indicated but are available in a variety of sizes, large and small (see below).

Your custom banner can be previewed on the web too so you either love it before it is purchased or the set-up is free.

Also you can now preview what your banner will look like in your church. Just send us a photo of the area of your church where you plan on hanging your banners and we will hang them virtually to make sure they are just what you want!

BANNER PRICES

Our banners are available two ways:

1) Printed by the Artist on Heavy Stock, Archival Paper and Ink

Banners printed by Art from the Soul are on our archival, heavy stock, museum quality paper with archival inks.

Prices

$22.50 plus shipping for 13" x 19" Banners.

$45 plus shipping for 13" x 38" banners.

$55 plus shipping for 24" x 36"

$65 plus shipping for 24" x 48"

$95 plus shipping for 24" x ~70" depending on the

art.

Text/Wording changes are free.

Other custom changes $30/hr.

All you do is frame it or hang it using a thin dowel.

For hanging banners we will include a taped 4"

margin (top and bottom) turned under for use as

a pole pocket. Wording changes are

FREE. Other customizations are $30/hr additional.

Unless you specify otherwise, the above is

how banners are supplied.

2) Printed commercially on a variety of fabric, vinyl or paper in a variety of sizes up to bill board sizes.

Commercially printed banners are available at

printing cost (plus a 4% markup) plus $47.00/banner.

(We do this to keep YOUR prices down.) Custom changes

or custom banners are $35/hr. (Explore this site

for ideas or send us something you want placed on

the banner.) Many changes can be completed in

about 1 hour and sometimes less! The commercial

printer we use is ePingo at

http://www.ePingo.com/banners.asp. ePingo has

a wide variety of materials and fabric on which

banners are printed. Just click on their URL to

explore what is available. Banners will ship directly

to you. All jobs are processed through Art from

the Soul.

About Colors on the Web:

The colors that you see on the artwork on this site can vary from monitor to monitor, in hue and value. We attempt to represent the art as close as possible to the actual pieces. If color matching is desired, we recommend that you request and approve a paper sample (legal envelope sized) or purchase a small banner as custom banners are not returnable/refundable except for defects in material and workmanship. $5 and any express shipping charges will be billed for each paper sample requested.

Overseas Banner Orders If you are overseas, we will be happy to send the artwork fully set up to your local printer upon receiving their printing requirements. This makes your shipping free.

How does this all work? (AKA, the Ts and Cs)

Read about either your banner or stole below. The details are important. It isn't the standard yada, yada, yada. Call us at 775-424-2548 to discuss your order or custom needs. The owner is Julie Jones and you will probably be greeted by her. Ross is her assistant and you may also speak with him. Our email is artsoul@pacbell.net. If you have a custom request, a graphically created preview will either be sent to you via e-mail or placed on a private preview page. (There are no up-front charges unless you order specific samples.) For stoles, if exact colors or fabric approvals are needed, please allow adequate time to request a fabric swatch (details below). Usually we can accommodate all rushes but you may not have time for swatches for stoles to be sent. For banners, we can usually send a free sample of the type of material you are requesting. For banners, we do our absolute best on color matching but large format banners (wider than 2' and on materials other than heavy stock paper) are printed by our printing partner in another state. They do a superior job but they are not standing next to your pews, sanctuary walls or stained glass windows. We encourage large, high quality photos for color matching banners.

In general, for custom art and colors, you are not committed to the purchase until you approve the final digital draft. On the average, you may request two changes to your digital preview at no cost. Additional free changes, if we choose to do so, may be contingent upon a purchase commitment via non-refundable deposit. Once approved the custom stole or banner is not returnable or refundable except for defects in materials or workmanship. Custom changes will be billed at $35/hr. Your final product price may change if you have a change or increase in materials. Simple or small changes may be free. You will be advised. There is no charge for the addition of church/denomination logos or wording changes. Your are responsible for correct spelling on your preview.

Full Length Ministerial / Clergy stoles

We are now offering two styles of stoles, each at two lengths.

Style 1:-106"

Our traditional LONG 106" stole with the art appliqued on to the stole.

Our "background" stole, onto which we applique the art, is normally black or white. Custom orders are welcome if you allow time for the fabric to be ordered (price for 1.5 yards plus shipping) and we have some special colors in stock which are shown at this link. These stoles are ~106" long. The stoles are 5" wide and the appliqued art is 4" wide and goes from about 1/2 inch above the bottom of the stole to the breast pocket area. All stoles are cotton broadcloth. We print our own fabric which is also cotton broadcloth. On our traditional stoles there are two interfacings, Pelon #809 bond and a light weight "wonder under" both placed behind the artwork. We use clear thread. Stoles can be gently rinsed by hand in cold water. Add the mildest soap, such as, Woolite, if necessary. We will be happy to shorten these stoles, just tell us by how much. Usually wording changes on the artwork is free and we will add denomination or church logos free also. See below for fringe and name plates. We ship in 10 days or sooner. See below for expedite charges. $133.82 plus shipping.

Style 1: 60"

Our traditional Short 60" stole with the art appliqued on to the stole.

For any of our new border to border printed stoles, approximately 16" of length is taken up around the neck and shoulder area. It lays smooth and flat around the shoulders. The stole has a single interfacing inside the stole (Pellon 809 fusible bond). The sides are seamed and there is one seam in the center of the back of the collar. The artwork of this 5" wide stole goes around the entire face of the stole. Each stole is hand made. We print our own fabric and make all of our own art. Single sided stoles have the art on one side and plain fabric on the other. The reverse side of the stole is usually black or white but we honor custom requests for color if you allow time for the fabric to be ordered (price for 1.5 yards plus shipping) and we have some special colors in stock which are shown at this link. The artwork shown will be printed edge to edge and not appliqued on. Most stoles can be gently rinsed by hand in cold water. Add the mildest soap, such as, Woolite, if necessary. Alternately, our new design stoles that have significant amounts of black and white, if ordered with double sided art, have a special coating to resist staining and color transfer. They may be gently wiped with a damp cloth only. We will be happy to shorten these stoles, just tell us by how much. Usually wording changes on the artwork is free and we will add denomination or church logos free also. See below for fringe and name plates. We ship in 10 days or sooner. Single sided $157.16 plus shipping

Double sided/reversible with art on both sides: $211.27 plus shipping

Style 2: 70"

Our new 70" stole with art printed border to border around the entire face of the stole. Single or double sided.

50% Deposit for custom stoles

If your stole has custom modifications including custom logos (free or otherwise), custom art work, custom length, custom text or custom colors, a 50% deposit will be required and will be invoiced upon approval of your draft along with any custom design charges. If for any reason we are unable to print/process your order, your deposit will be refunded.

Expedite Fees:

As our stoles have become more and more popular our turn around time also has increased. Please allow a minimum of 10 days prior to shipment . More time may be necessary during religious holidays. Expedite fees may apply as follows due to scheduling:

24 hours 100%, 2-4 days 50%, 5-7 days 25%. Sundays and federal holidays excluded.

Custom modifications Custom changes and modifications are welcome. We do them all the time. Other than the changes listed above, custom changes and modifications are $30/hr additional. Minor modifications may be free. Stoles with custom changes (colors, text, logos, art, etc.) are not returnable/refundable.

Fabric "Name Plates" and Fringe:

Neck labels with the recipient's name or special greeting (~2" x 6") are $7.50. Black or white fringe is $7.50.

Embroidery Work

Art from the Soul has teamed up with Custom Embroidery of Reno, NV. and Joy Day of Spherical Magic, both master artists. (Visit Page 2 of Banners and Stoles.) Would you like something embroidered on a stole? Just ask for a quote. We'll even create or help you create the pattern. Please allow a minimum of two extra weeks for embroidery.
